With over 40 years of tradition behind it, the Storm Trysail Club’s biennial Block Island Race Week XXIII presented by Rolex, scheduled for June 21-26, has grown into one of the most popular sailing race weeks in America. Over 150 entries are expected in three fleets on three different race courses. Again, this year, the event will include IRC-rated boats in addition to PHRF-handicap and One-Design racing. All fleets will be sailing for class trophies and a Rolex watch, which will be awarded to the top-performing boats in each of the Red, White and Blue fleets. The first overall IRC rated boat in the traditional distance race will also receive a Rolex watch.
