The Rolex Farr 40 European Championship will be held in Mahon, Menorca, Spain in 2006. A fleet of identical one-design 40 footers will battle on the water for one of the most highly sought after prizes in Mediterranean yacht racing. As a prelude to the Rolex Farr 40 Worlds in September, the event will provide a good insight into the form of the European fleet. As always racing will be on the edge and the winner will be the most consistent performer throughout the four days of competition.
